Melita & Partners Executive Director, Arben Ymeraga, participated in a roundtable organized by the Career Development Center at the University of Prishtina ‘Hasan Prishtina’ on the topic ‘Empowering employment opportunities for students and graduates of the University of Prishtina’ Hasan Prishtina ‘. Mr. Ymeraga, proposed three recommendations that should be discussed in greater detail in enhancing the employment of newly graduated students:
1. Business needs from University of Prishtina to design and implement a system that enables students to learn how to learn new things they have never tried before.
2. To reduce the number of students who are allowed to pursue master studies without work experience.
3. The first day of the start of the academic year should be devoted entirely to Professional Ethics and Integrity. He added that ‘we as a society first need people with integrity and afterwards professionalists.
